Complete the Application Process

  • Click on Next Steps----->Apply Today to complete Trendsetter's Employment Application. This will provide some basic information about you and your level of experience and will allow us to tailor our support to your specific needs. If you have questions, please feel free to Contact Us or schedule a 30-minute meeting to speak directly with one of our recruiters
  • Go to the the More...tab-----> click on Important Forms and review the Independent Contractor Agreement, Non-Disclosure Forms, our Privacy Policy, and W-9 Form. These forms outline your relationship with Trendsetter's, outline your rights and the rights of Trendsetter's, provide payment processing information, and forms that will generate your 1099 for tax purposes. These forms will require your agreement and signature.

Register as an Agent on the Arise™ Network

  • Visit the Arise™ website. For additional information about Arise™ click on the "Resource Center" and "Explore Arise™" boxes at the bottom of the home page.
  • Open the "Become an Agent" box and click on "Join Now". Click the check box signifying that you understand that Arise™ offers a business opportunity, not employment, and click the Get Started button.
  • Complete the required information.
  • When asked who recommended you enter CSP ID: 896100
  • When asked to choose an Independent Business Partner enter VSC/IBO ID: 55975. This will populate the name "Trendsetters W@H Customer Care".




Complete Your Enrollment

Once you have completed your registration, you will be provided given a Customer Service Professional ID or CSP ID. This identification number will identify you with Trendsetter's W@H, Arise™, and the Arise™ Client and will identify you for your entire association with Trendsetter's W@H and Arise™. It is like your employee number and therefore very important. Jot this down and use whenever you have to send or respond to emails, need information, etc.
  • Voice Assessment: Choose a quiet atmosphere with no disturbances to complete the approximately 15-30 minute assessment;
  • Background Check: the cost varies depending on your State, however can be from $12.95 to $45.95;
  • CSP 101: This orientation course provides an overview of general customer service principles and quality expectations, provides information about logging into the Arise™ and the Client applications and prepares you to start servicing a Client. The course is generally $99.00, however, there is currently a "Winter Promotion" and the cost has dropped to $19.95!!!


Access The Arise™ Portal

When you have successfully completed these enrollment requirements, you will be able to log into the Arise™ portal and select the Client opportunity that you would like to service. Visit the portal often. Opportunities are added sometimes daily and the demand is high.
  • Client Opportunity Training: The cost of the Client Training ranges from $4.99 to $250.00. Visit the Arise™ portal and Trendsetter's W@H ticker for information on money-saving specials and promotions.
  • When you are near the completion of your Client Training and Certification, Arise™ will send Trendsetters your Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will detail what the Client expects, i.e., your service metrics. This includes Priority Commitment (PA), Commitment Adherence (CA), Average Call Time (AHT), etc. These metrics are explained in CSP 101, and throughout your training. A representative from Trendsetter's will schedule a short meeting to ensure you understand the SOW, posting hours, and any other questions or concerns.
